Metanium

A proprietary combination of titanium dioxide, titanium peroxide, and titanium salicylate in a cream base that includes dimeticone, light liquid paraffin, and white soft paraffin. It is used as a barrier preparation for the prevention and treatment of napkin rash and is freely available over the counter in the form of an ointment.
