One of the unique city neighborhoods that make up Miami is Little Havana, with Cuban cuisine and coffees and Calle Ocho, one of the largest Hispanic festivals in the nation. The city's Little Haiti area offers authentic Creole food and a Caribbean Marketplace, while Coconut Grove is home to CocoWalk, a stretch of open air stores, cafes, and bars, and the Coconut Grove Arts Festival, one of the country's largest outdoor art shows. Across Biscayne Bay is Miami's sister city, Miami Beach, a resort area recognized for its Art Deco District. Designated as a National Historic District, the old art deco buildings have been restored to their neon and pastel colors. In recent years, South Beach (as the southern end of Miami Beach has come to be known) has become a mecca for the fashion, film, and music industries and is considered one of the "trendiest" places in the nation. Overlooking the bay in Miami is Bayside Marketplace, a 16-acre complex with shops, entertainment, and restaurants; as well as the American Airlines Area, home of the NBA's Miami Heat.
