Planes, trains, and automobiles rely on Michelin North America's tires to make their rounds. So do airplanes; bicycles; motorcycles; heavy trucks; and agriculture, off-road, and specialty vehicles (like NASA's lunar rover). With some 18 manufacturing facilities in the US, Canada, and Mexico, Michelin North America makes and sells tires stamped with the Michelin, BF Goodrich, and Uniroyal brands. Michelin North America (MNA) generates about one-third of parent Compagnie Générale des Établissements Michelin's annual sales. Its tires are sold to consumers, the military, OEMs, and replacement centers. The company also produces North American road maps and travel guides.
