Michelle Meyrink (born September 1, 1962) is a Canadian actress who played offbeat girls in several 1980s movies.
Meyrink was born in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. She is remembered for her role as hyperactive whiz-kid Jordan Cochran in the 1985 movie Real Genius. Other films she appeared in included Valley Girl (1983) as Suzi Brent, The Outsiders (1983) as Cherry Valance's best friend Marcia, Revenge of the Nerds (1984) as Judy. In 1984, she guest starred on the television show Family Ties as Mallory's friend and Skippy's latest infatuation. Meyrink's last Hollywood role was in Permanent Record in 1988. Shortly thereafter, she gave up acting as a professional career.
As of 2003, Meyrink lived with her husband and three children on Bowen Island, a short ferry ride from Vancouver. Meyrink and her family were the subjects of an episode of the series Quiet Mind, which focused on their practice of Zen Buddhism.
