Mickey Marvin (born October 5, 1955, in Hendersonville, North Carolina) is a former professional American football player. He played in the National Football League for 11 seasons as an offensive guard with the Oakland/Los Angeles Raiders. He became famous after the team won Super Bowl XV and he told then-Commissioner Pete Rozelle (who was locked into a brutal legal battle with Al Davis over Davis' plans to move the team to Los Angeles) that "Not everyone in here hates you."
