Midland is a station on the Scarborough RT line of the Toronto subway and RT. It is located at 2085 Midland Avenue between Ellesmere Road and Cosentino Drive. It was opened in 1985.
There is no dedicated bus terminal within the station, so a paper transfer or any other fare is required to enter the station.
The station will eventually be part of the Eglinton–Scarborough Crosstown line. The upgrade and replacement of the Scarborough RT portion is scheduled to start in late 2015,[1] after the conclusion of the 2015 Pan American Games and the 2015 Parapan American Games. Scarborough RT riders will be bussed for three years until the upgrade is completed.[2]

East of the station, the RT continues to run elevated above the ground, and the elevation of the bridge increases as the tracks go further east. West of the station, the tracks gradually descend until reaching a tunnel where it makes a 90 degree turn and it reaches Ellesmere Station as soon as it exits the tunnel.
Nearby the station is the Atlantic Packaging, former Scarborough Public Library Administrative offices, former Scarborough Animal Shelter and former Bick's Pickle plant.
