Midland Valley High School (MVHS) is a four-year high school located in Graniteville, South Carolina, part of the Aiken County Public School District.

History
Midland Valley was founded in 1980 as the merger of two other schools, Langley Bath Clearwater (LBC) and Leavelle McCampbell. Those schools became middle schools. The school celebrated its first graduating class in 1981.
Overview
The mascot for Midland Valley High School is a Mustang (horse). The school's colors are orange and blue. As of 2009, there are 1,189 students enrolled at the school. The principal of Midland Valley is Dr. Doris Hickson, taking over after the retirement of Margaret Mullins.

Marching band
The Midland Valley band The Pride of the Valley, has gone to the South Carolina state marching band finals every year from 1986 to 2009.
Train accident
MVHS was affected by a train accident in downtown Graniteville on January 6, 2005. The school was closed until January 19, 2005 as a result of the subsequent chemical spill.
