Midlothian High School is a 5A public high school in Midlothian, Texas, United States. It is a part of the Midlothian Independent School District located in northwest Ellis County. It is currently the only high school in Midlothian and construction of a new high school is scheduled to be completed in a few years. In 2011, the school was rated "Recognized" by the Texas Education Agency.[2]
