Miguel de Sacadura Cabral Portas (born 1 May 1958 in Lisbon) is a Portuguese politician and a Member of the European Parliament for the Left Bloc; part of the European United Left–Nordic Green Left group. He is member of the Committee on Culture and Education of the European Parliament and member of the Delegation for relations with the Mashreq countries.
Miguel Portas is the older brother of former Defence Minister and leader of the right-wing CDS-PP, Paulo Portas, and a great-nephew of Artur de Sacadura Cabral.
