Michael Henry Moroski (born September 4, 1957 in Bakersfield, California) is a former professional American football player.

College career

Mike played quarterback for the University of California at Davis under coach Jim Sochor, graduating in 1979. He was also a top pitcher on the Aggie baseball team.

He was enshrined into the Cal Aggie Athletic Hall of Fame in 1985.

Pro career

Moroski played in 8 NFL seasons from 1979 to 1986. He played for the Atlanta Falcons, the Houston Oilers, and the San Francisco 49ers.

Mike played in every game of each of the 1983 and 1984 seasons as well as 15 in 1986. He threw for over 1200 yards in 1984.

In his final season, when he played for the 49ers, Mike threw Jerry Rice one of his NFL record 197 touchdown receptions.

Coaching career

Mike has been a coach for the University of California, Davis since 1988, not long after the completion of his NFL career. He started as the J.V. coach and rapidly worked his way up to being the offensive coordinator. He has served in that role for more than 15 years. Alongside being the offensive coordinator for the Ags, Moroski coaches the offensive line.

Personal life

Mike has four children—Nate, Will, Ben, and Emmie—and lives with his wife Cathie in Davis, California.
