Michael Eric Saxon (born July 10, 1962 in Arcadia, California) is a retired American football player. He had a 11-year career in the National Football League from 1985 to 1995 as a punter. He played in Super Bowl XXVII as a member of the Dallas Cowboys. Saxon was drafted by the Detorit Lions #11th in 1984 draft but never played for them in 1984. Saxon tried next to play in the USFL with the Arizona Outlaws in 1985 but once again didn't see any playing time
