Mike Siani (born May 27, 1950 in Staten Island, New York) is a former professional American football player who played wide receiver for nine seasons for the Oakland Raiders and Baltimore Colts. Siani was a former high school football star, playing for the New Dorp High School "Centrals", in New Dorp, Staten Island, NY. He graduated in 1968.
