Milișăuți (called Emil Bodnăraș from 1976 to 1996) is a town in Suceava County, northeastern Romania. It is situated in the historical region of Bukovina. It was declared a town in 2004, together with other 7 localities in Suceava County. The town administers three villages: Bădeuți, Gara and Lunca. Iaslovăţ village was also part of Milişăuţi until 2002, when it was split off to form a separate commune. At the 2002 census, Milişăuţi had 8,433 inhabitants. The town population decreased (especially because of the fact that Iaslovăţ became a separate commune) at 5,005 inhabitants (2011 census). Milişăuţi is located relatively close to the city of Rădăuți (8 km away).
