The Central Min language, or Min Zhong (simplified Chinese: 闽中; traditional Chinese: 閩中; pinyin: Mǐnzhōng) is a subcategory of Min, which is a Chinese language. It is spoken around Yong'an,Sanming and Shaxian located in the central mountain areas of Fujian. The total population is appoximately 350,000, which is considered as the fewest amongst the varieties of Min Chinese.
