Plot
In this comedy-fantasy, beach-bum Scotty McKay and his buddies are granted their every wish by a luscious genie who has been assigned to do Scotty's bidding. Soon the fellows are carousing in splendor surrounded by their hearts' desires. Unfortunately, it isn't enough for Scotty, who really wants his sexy super-model neighbor Dana. Unfortunately, Jeanie has no power over love. Still she does her best to make him attractive to the shallow cover-girl. It works, but just as Scotty is to get his wish, Jeanie realizes that she is in love with him and that Dana cares nothing for him. Scotty McKay is just an every day beach-bum who used to have it all, when he finds a genie called Jeannie who just happens to be attractive, her mission is to assist Scott. Soon Scot has everything again and more, as Jeannie does his bidding and answering to his every beck and call; that is until he asks Jeannie to make him more desirable to the next door super model, Dana. Jeanie can't help as far as love is concerned, and besides, Dana is just not interested. Jeannie disobeys her orders finding herself attracted to Scott. The story ensues with a gamut of events resulting in mayhem.
