Coverage similar to a homeowners insurance policy in that Section I covers property exposure and Section II covers liability exposure.


1. Section I (property) Coverage A—structural coverage of the mobile home; Coverage B—unscheduled personal property coverage; Coverage C—additions to the structure of the mobile home to include equipment; Coverage D—additional living expense.


2. Section II (liability) Coverage E—liability coverage for personal acts and/or omissions; Coverage F—medical payments to others.
