Mofletta (Hebrew: מופלטה) is a traditional North African-Jewish sweet food that is usually eaten during the Mimouna celebration, the day after Passover. It takes the form of crepes.
The mofletta is made of dough made from water, flour and oil. After the dough is ready it is rolled out and cooked in a greased frying pan. The Mofletta's color is yellow-brown. It is usually eaten spread with butter, honey or both.[1]
