Morrison Ranch is a residential district of Agoura Hills, California.
Morrison Ranch is made up mostly of upper-middle class detached homes along Agoura Hills' north side. It is tranquil and relatively removed from the hubbub of Downtown. While the area would be considered wealthy by many standards, ostentatious displays of wealth are generally frowned upon, and as a result the area retains a relatively modest, well-kept look, especially when compared to the nearby Morrison Highlands.
This area was built up in the 1980s.
