Mount Vernon railway station is located in the Mount Vernon area of Glasgow, Scotland. It is on the Whifflet Line, 11 km (6¾ miles) east of Glasgow Central railway station. Train services are provided by First ScotRail.

Services

From 1993

Following re-opening in 1993, a half-hourly service has operated between Glasgow Central and Whifflet stations, on Mondays to Saturdays. Sunday services only run for the month prior to Christmas,^[2] and are extended to Shotts.
