The group is best known for the "World famous"[by whom?] Mumtaz restaurant, with the original flagship site being sited on Great Horton Road in Bradford. The Mumtaz is one of the best-known restaurants in Bradford.[1] The group recently opened a new restaurant in Leeds,[2] and is looking to expand into London, Manchester, Birmingham and Edinburgh.[3] Mumtaz has had many notable diners at its restaurants, including David Cameron, Dawn French, Shilpa Shetty and Queen Elizabeth II.[4]

Apart from restaurants, the group also has a food processing division known as Mumtaz Food Industries.
