In this example, the friend's name is Irma Gomez, the daughter's
name is Soheil. Introductions have two parts. Start with the older
person. Mother says, "Irma, I would like you to meet my daughter,
Soheil." Then Mother turns to Soheil and says the second part.
"Soheil, this is my friend Mrs. Gomez." Give Soheil the name you
want her to call your friend. So if you want Soheil to call her
"Miss Irma," you would say, "Soheil, this is my friend Miss
Irma."
