N-acetyl-glucosamine-6-sulfatase

An enzyme which when deficient in Nubian goats causes a condition similar to Sanfilippo's III-D syndrome in humans; the clinical syndrome includes delay in rising and walking in neonates, ataxia, bowing of front limbs, clouding of the cornea, dwarfism, and cartilaginous and bony deformities; histological examination reveals lysosomal overload.
