Nafarroa Bai
Navarre Yes or Nafarroa Bai (Basque) is a coalition for the 2004 Spanish elections made of Eusko Alkartasuna (Basque Solidarity), Aralar, Batzarre and the Partido Nacionalista Vasco (Basque Nationalist Party) political parties, specifically candidating in Navarre aiming to win a seat in the Spanish parliament, in which the coalition was successful, gaining 18.4% of votes cast in 2004.
In 2007 the coalition became the second biggest party of Navarre gaining 23.7% of votes cast and 12 seats in the navarrese parliament.
Its most important politicians are Patxi Zabaleta (Aralar), Maiorga Ramirez (Eusko Alkartasuna) and Uxue Barkos, who is a journalist in Basque Television and currently a member of the Spanish Parliament.
Their prime objective is to have Navarre absorbed by the Basque Country and priorise Basque culture over the region.
