Chilean techno-pop duet Nansim! was formed by sound engineer Nano Castro, who was previously participating in a project called Ultragroove, joined by pop singer Katte Moyano, soon recording their first song, "Te Quiero Junto A Mi." In 1999, Nansim!'s first disc, called Dance Now, was released and the duo had the opportunity to perform beyond Chilean frontiers for the first time on March 18, 2000, in Córdoba, Argentina.
