Narrative design

Wikipedia: Narrative design

Narrative design is defined by Stephen Dinehart as a narratology craft focused on the structuralist creation of stories. Narremes, or story elements, are formulated into a cohesive narrative structure in such a way as to create a metanarrative or archnarrative for the viewer/user/player. [1] The term was described as Madison Smartt Bell as "[the] form or structure of...final importance to any work of fiction..."[2].
