Plot

During the late '90s and the first decade of the 21st century, NASCAR racing boomed in popularity both on television and in popular culture. This documentary tracks the events that occurred during the 2003 NASCAR competition. That was the last year the title was sponsored by Winston (the cell-phone company Nextel would take over in 2004), and it was the last year before NASCAR restructured its scoring system in order to make the competition more exciting during the last ten races of the year. ~ Perry Seibert, All Movie Guide
