Nasty is a hamlet in Hertfordshire in England, situated about twelve miles (12 km) north of Hertford.
Its name came from Anglo-Saxon æt þǽm éastan hæge = "at the eastern hedged enclosure".
It is about 500 metres north of the slightly larger village of Great Munden.
