National Library Station is a subway station on Line 4 of the Beijing Subway in China. Though the station currently only serves Line 4, it will act as a transfer station for Line 9 once the latter's northern extension is completed in September 2012. The station will feature a double-island interchange layout, with Line 4 trains on the outside and Line 9 trains on the inside. This will allow most riders to change lines simply by crossing the platform, instead of walking between levels.
