The National Unity Party (Burmese: တိုင်းရင်သားစီးလုံညီညွတ်ရေးပာတီ; Taingyintha Silonenyinyutye) is a political party in Burma (Myanmar). It was formed by the military junta as well as members of the Burma Socialist Programme Party to take part in the general election of May 27, 1990. The party was defeated by the National League for Democracy.
