The Nature's Rhythms series from Allegro gets it right. Rather than tainting its ambient nature recordings with pestering synthesizers or contemporary instrumental dreck, the releases let mother nature do the talking. There's little difference between Ocean Storm and a Nature's Rhythms title like Ocean Waves -- both offer the listener roaring waves and crashing surf.
