The Nebraska Air National Guard is the air force militia of the U.S. state of Nebraska. It is based at Lincoln Air National Guard Base. The Adjutant General for the Nebraska Military Department (who commands Nebraska's military forces and directs the Nebraska Emergency Management Agency) is Brigadier General Judd H. Lyons. The Assistant Adjutant General for Air is Brigadier General Daryl L. Bohac.

The main unit of Nebraska's ANG is the 155th Air Refueling Wing. The 155th flies the Boeing KC-135R Stratotanker aircraft, seeing recent action in the Balkans, Middle East, and Europe. Previous aircraft flown include the P-51 Mustang, the F-80 Shooting Star, the F-86D Super Sabre, the RF-84 Thunderflash and the RF-4C Phantom II.

The other important NE ANG unit is the 170th Group at Offutt AFB, Bellevue NE. The 170th Group, which consists of the 170th Operations Support Squadron and the 238th Combat Training Squadron, operates as an Associate Unit with the active duty 55th Wing.
