Nedžad Sinanović (born January 29, 1983 in SR Bosnia and Herzegovina, SFR Yugoslavia) is a Bosnian professional basketball center who plays for Unicaja. He has played professionally in Belgium, Spain and Germany.
In 2003, Sinanović was drafted by the Portland Trail Blazers as the 54th overall selection of the 2003 NBA Draft.
