The Negros Occidental Private Schools Sports Cultural Educational Association (NOPSSCEA, often read "Nop-say-yah" ) is a voluntary association of about 59 private institutions that organizes athletic, cultural and educational programs of many schools, colleges and universities in the Philippine province of Negros Occidental. Its headquarters is located in Panaad Park in Mansilingan Bacolod City, the provincial capital.[2]
The Association's founding schools include Colegio San Agustin-Bacolod, University of St. La Salle, University of Negros Occidental - Recoletos, West Negros University, St. John's Institute and Riverside College.[3] At present NOPSSCEA have 54 member-school in the province.[4]
