Neocortex is the fiftieth full-length album by Russian multi-instrumentalist musician Senmuth. It was independently released in 2009. It was the first album since Rezonans to include Senmuth on vocal duties. The lyrics on tracks 2, 4, 5, 8, and 9 were written by Vlad "Anacephal" Pavlovskiy. Come To The Sabbath was previously released as a single in 2008.
