Later Neos Young Writers, originated in Glebe, Sydney, in 1981 as a magazine for young writers. Dedicated to the new and experimental, it was an important outlet for students and ran (supported by the Literature Board and the NSW English Teachers Association, among others) from 1981 to 1985. Its final volume was published in book form as House of Words: the very last Neos.

Neos S.p.A. is an airline based in Somma Lombardo, Italy,[1] operating leisure flights to Southern Europe, Russia, Africa, the Middle and Far East, the Caribbean, Mexico and Brazil, most of which are out of Malpensa International Airport.[2]

History

The Neos logo used until 2004 when the company was affiliated with TUI.

Neos was established on 22 June 2001 as a joint venture between Alpitour and German tour operator TUI. Revenue flights were launched on 8 March 2002. In January 2004 the TUI shares were sold to Alpitour, so that Neos is fully owned by them, except for 0.01 percent of the shares that are held by Welcome Travel. At March 2007, the company had 330 employees.[2]
