New Friends Colony is a market area in Delhi. The areas has a large number of international chain restaurants, as well as local Indian chains and other Indian, Chinese and Thai restaurants and various coffee shops. This market has many dhabas serving street food ranging from kebabs to Lebanese shawarmas and everything else that fits into a small pocket.

In addition to food, the market also has few of the most upscale beauty shops in Delhi, and the area lately has turned into a pub district of Delhi. Being a market near Jamia Millia Islamia University, it gets a lot of youth crowd.

Sarai Jullena Market

The market is mainly populated with chemists, guest houses, and travel agents serving the requirements of visitors coming to the area. This area also has a small market for household needs mainly for kitchen and bathroom. Although these shops are small they have a huge variety with different qualities.

Bharat Nagar Market

This market has basic amenities like dry cleaners, hair salons, banks etc. Apart from these, this area has many offices and a lot of small shops where people can buy groceries. Recently this market is becoming a minor hub for fitness and sports shops.

Taimor Nagar Market

This market is the new shopping area where many new retail outlets are located. This market is also known for its Study Abroad training with major providers like PythaGurus, Jamboree, The Princeton Review located in the area.

Other nearby landmarks are Sailing Club and Kalandi Kunj park. The heavily polluted Yamuna River also runs nearby.
