New Jersey's 13 congressional districts, shaded according to representative party. In the 2008 elections, Democrat John Adler picked up the 3rd district from a retiring Republican.

There are currently thirteen United States congressional districts in New Jersey based on results from the 2000 census. There were once as many as fifteen. The fifteenth district was lost after the 1980 census and the fourteenth district was lost after the 1990 census.

In the 111th Congress, Democrats hold eight seats and Republicans hold five seats, representing New Jersey in the United States House of Representatives.
