The New South Wales Shadow Cabinet is the opposition to the incumbent Government (Australian Labor Party) in the State of New South Wales. The current Shadow Cabinet is made up of Members of the Liberal Party of Australia and the National Party of Australia in a Coalition agreement.

The Current Leader of the Shadow Cabinet is the Leader of the Opposition, Barry O'Farrell MLA from the majority Coalition partner, the Liberal Party. The Deputy Leader of the Shadow Ministry is Andrew Stoner MLA from the minority Coalition partner, the National Party. [1]

The Shadow Cabinet comes from both the Legislative Assembly and the Legislative Council. The Leader of the Opposition in the Legislative Council is Mike Gallacher MLC from the Liberal Party and the Deputy Leader of the Legislative Council is Duncan Gay MLC from the National Party. [1]
