Nimaethap was an ancient Egyptian queen of the 3rd dynasty. She was probably the wife of Khasekhemwy and the first Dowager Queen of Egypt that is known with certainty to have acted as regent for her son, Djoser, during the Third dynasty of Egypt. Some consider her to have been reigning Pharaoh in her own right. She held the titles of king's Wife and King's Mother, which make it likely that she was married to Khasekhemwy, and was the mother of the king's children. Another title of hers is Great of Sceptre, a title for prominent queens of the Old Kingdom.

She is mentioned in Khasekhemwy's tomb complex in Abydos and in Tomb K1 of Beit Khallaf. Her funerary cult is mentioned in the Saqqaran tomb (LS6) of Metjen, who lived during the 4th dynasty.
