Nishio (西尾市 Nishio-shi) is a city located in Aichi, Japan.
As of 2008, the city has an estimated population of 106,720 and the density of 1,410 persons per km². The total area is 75.78 km².
The city was founded on December 15, 1953. In 2006 the city came into the Guinness book of records for having the largest simultaneous tea ceremony in the world at any one time.
