Nisshin (日進市 Nisshin-shi) is a city located in Aichi, Japan.
As of 2003, the city has an estimated population of 73,918 and the density of 2,117.99 persons per km². Its total area is 34.90 km².
The city was founded on October 1, 1994.
Nisshin borders Nagoya and servers primarily as its suburb. Places of interest include the Iwasaki Castle. A major university, Nagoya University of Foreign Studies, is located in Nisshin.
