This budget-priced two-fer pairs Ozzy Osbourne's landmark 1981 album (and last outing with legendary guitar player Randy Rhodes) Diary of a Madman with his 1991 comeback record No More Tears. With a combined playlist that includes such classics as "Over the Mountain," "Flying High Again," "Mama, I'm Coming Home," and "No More Tears," it's hard to argue with the quality, but most of the highlights from both albums can be found on the 2006 career overview Essential Ozzy Osbourne. ~ James Christopher Monger, Rovi
