Scarecrow & Tinmen are a band of Christians who sound kinda like Third Day who sound kinda like Pearl Jam. S&T are a little more eccentric than the former, enjoying the occasional odd production touches and more than a few references to The Wizard of Oz, but there's not much here that isn't derivative, however sincere the fellows do indeed sound. "You Are My Son" is rather moving and could fit pretty comfortably onto a sampler, though its quiet atmosphere would not accurately reflect the CD entire. ~ Doug Dwyer, Rovi
