Nora O'Connor is an American musician. She sings and plays guitar with numerous bands and individuals from the U.S. and Canada, her primary involvements being Andrew Bird's Bowl of Fire and the Blacks. She has also worked with, recently, The New Pornographers, Archer Prewitt, Neko Case, John Wesley Harding, The Aluminium Group, Otis Clay, Chris Mills, Janet Bean, Frisbee (band), Justin Roberts, Kelly Hogan, Mavis Staples and Carl Henry Brueggen who has Cizano and Cocaine EP.
Her first solo CD, Til the dawn, was released on August 24, 2004.
She has a baby that she mentions in the Blacks reunion video.
