North Colorado Medical Center is a not-for-profit, tertiary-care hospital which serves residents of southern Wyoming, western Nebraska, western Kansas, and northeast Colorado. The medical center has about 400 patient beds, a Level II trauma center, a cardiovascular institute, a birthing center, and an emergency transport helicopter service. In addition, the medical center provides services in areas such as orthopedics, neurology, rehabilitation, behavioral medicine, and cancer treatment. North Colorado Medical Center also has affiliated outpatient diagnostic facilities and family health clinics in its service territory. The hospital is part of the Banner Health organization.
