Review

Expeditions is a suitable title for this double-disc set, since Sasha and John Digweed take listeners on a long journey through trance, the more uplifting side of house, and several detours into down-tempo. The duo proved themselves as DJs long ago, so here, instead of selecting a series of unmissable club hits, they go for the road less taken with tracks by Voyager, Delta Lady, Delerium, and one by Sasha himself. The mix moves from incredibly layered to practically ambient throughout its over two hours, and it's worth every penny. ~ John Bush, All Music Guide
