Nova is a name given to a group of Australian radio stations. The group comprises five stations, and are all owned by DMG Radio Australia, apart from the Perth station, which is a joint venture between DMG Radio and the Australian Radio Network.

Apart from the name and owner, the group is not a network in the traditional sense. Each station has its own set of DJs with very little syndicating between stations; only the Drive shift in Sydney and Melbourne and a national Top 40 Charts show are networked 'live to air'.

Nova promotes that it 'Sounds Different' by playing a broad mix of contemporary pop, rock, RnB and dance music with a promise of 'Never more than 2 ads in a row'.

The Nova stations are:

• Nova 96.9 Sydney (96.9 MHz; Callsign 2SYD) - started April 2001
• Nova 100 Melbourne (100.3 MHz; Callsign 3MEL) - started December 2001 (first new commercial station in 21 years)
• Nova 93.7 Perth (93.7 MHz; Callsign 6PER) - started November 2002 (first new commercial station in 22 years)
• Nova 91.9 Adelaide (91.9 MHz; Callsign 5ADL) - started August 2004 (first new commercial station in 24 years)
• Nova 106.9 Brisbane (106.9 MHz; Callsign 4BNE) - started April 2005 (first new commercial station in 12 months)
