Now That's What I Call Music 16 or Now 16 is the 16th edition of the Now! series in the United Kingdom, released in December 1989 on vinyl, audio cassette and Compact Disc. The CD contains three additional tracks.

Now 16 is the only album in the series not to feature any singles that reached number one on the UK Singles Chart.
