Law Dictionary: Nuisance Per Se

An act, occupation, or structure that is a nuisance at all times and under any circumstances, regardless of its location or surroundings; acts that are denounced as illegal by law, when perpetration of them invades rights of others. 281 S.W. 2d 721, 723. From an evidentiary point of view once a nuisance per se is established by proof, it becomes a nuisance as a matter of law. 268 N.W. 2d 525, 529.
