Numéricable is a British-American-Luxemburgian owned cable television operator operating in France, Belgium and Luxemburg, currently proposing standard quadruple-play services (television, Internet, mobile phone and landline telephone services).

History

It was formed in 2005 from a merger of France Telecom Câble and NC Numericable to Ypso Holding. It merged with Noos and UCP France in 2006 to form a sole entity cable operator in France, although it continued to be marketed as Numericable in places it was already installed. The company changed its logo and look in August 2007. It bought operators Coditel in Belgium and Alice in Luxemburg renaming them Numericable Belgique and Numericable Luxembourg.
